Job Description

Position entails responsibility to assist with operating the Reno, Nevada satellite facility as directed by your supervisor and Technical Sales Representative assigned in your region. Duties include pickup and delivery within territory, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading of tools and materials, processing paperwork, and cleaning / evaluating tools for service. Duties include working in conjunctions with various service centers under the direction of the Business Segment Manager, Technical Sales Representative assigned to this territory, and the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Operate pickup from and delivery to specified customers within designated territory when TSR is not available.
  • Operate a delivery vehicle in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service through the delivery and pickup.
  • Care for tooling; carefully cleaning, evaluating, prepping tools for service. 
  • Operate equipment such as a sandblaster, to clean and prep tools.
  • Shipping and receiving items.
  • Loading / unloading of product and various associated responsibilities.
  • Maintain facility and keeping shop and work areas clean.
  • Maintain on site inventory. 
  • Processing necessary paperwork using required company systems.
  • Provide important information.
  • Proper handling of sensitive customer information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service personnel.
  • Comply with all customers onsite requirements including but not limited to any safety requirements.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • At least two years previous experience.
