Laminados compactos – sencillos y fáciles de mecanizar

Los laminados compactos, como el HPL, el papel duro o el tejido duro, son ejemplos típicos de duroplásticos. Especialmente los laminados de alta presión (HPL) tienen una amplia gama de aplicaciones debido a su diseño y a sus robustas propiedades físicas. Esto es evidente en sectores como la construcción de muebles, cocinas y stands de feria, en la construcción de fachadas y también en el sector sanitario. Dado que los laminados compactos suelen estar formados por papeles impregnados de resina melamínica o fenólica o por fibras de madera, su mecanizado está siempre asociado a un elevado desgaste de las herramientas. El uso de materiales de corte de diamante de Leitz es la solución en este caso.
