Leitz Tools – Solutions in new dimensions

With the daily challenges in mind, Leitz has developed an innovative collet system made of stainless steel (NiRo) that combines an extremely high degree of flexibility with enormous durability. With the NiRo Collet chuck Premium, complex machining tasks can be mastered quickly and without problems.

The Diamaster PRO³ and Diamaster PLUS³ routers cut at up to 50 % higher feed rates with a purposefully engineered knife arrangement, designed to maximize tool life and performance while maintaining perfect cut quality. This is possible with Real-Z3 technology: closing gaps between the individual knives to increase the number of effective teeth.

RazorCut circular sawblades make it easy to cut panels in finish cut quality at high feed rates. A wide variety of panel materials and surfaces can be processed perfectly – regardless of whether the saw cut is edged later or remains unprocessed.

Compact Laminates, such as HPL, hard paper or hard fabric, are typical examples of duroplastics. Especially High-Pressure-Laminates (HPL) have a wide range of applications due to their design and robust physical properties. This is evident in sectors such as furniture, kitchen and trade fair booth construction, in facade construction and also in the sanitary sector. Since Compact Laminates usually consist of melamine or phenolic resin impregnated papers or wood fibres, their machining is always associated with high tool wear. The use of diamond cutting materials from Leitz is the solution in this case.
