With this data protection information we would like to inform you to what extent your personal data (hereinafter only data) will be processed.

According to the underlying terms of use of Facebook, the conditions that determine the use of this fan page are regulated. These terms of use (including the other conditions and guidelines listed here) are solely authoritative and can be accessed at: https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms.

II. Purposes of data processing

1. Operation of our fan page

a. Exchange and communication
The purpose of operating our Facebook fan page is to get in touch with the users and visitors of the Facebook social network and to engage in an exchange. We do not actively request any personal data of special categories from the visitors at any time. Sometimes we provide direct information about our company and the associated offers, such as products, events, special promotions and offers, etc.

b. User analysis
With the help of this Facebook fan page, we are also able to receive statistics on visits and visitors that Facebook creates. This enables us to better and more purposefully control our marketing of our activities. In doing so, we can sometimes gain knowledge of the Facebook profiles of individual users who like our fan page and / or use applications on the page. This enables us to provide the users concerned with improved content and functions via our Facebook fan page.
To further improve our content on our Facebook fan page, we can also use the information collected during visits to access demographic and geographic evaluations based on it. This enables us to place targeted advertisements based on your interests without having any immediate knowledge of your identity as a visitor.
If you use several end devices when you visit Facebook, data can also be recorded and evaluated across devices, provided that you visit our fan page as a registered Facebook profile with your logged in Facebook profile.
Visitor statistics generated are only forwarded to us anonymously. We are not able to access the underlying data.

2. Use of insights and cookies

As part of our fan page, we use the Insights service from Facebook to receive anonymized statistical data on the visitors to our fan page.
When you visit our fan page, Facebook saves a corresponding data package, a cookie, on your device. This each contains an assignable user code. Unless deleted beforehand, the cookie is active for two years. The user code can be linked to your data if you are registered as a user on Facebook. The information saved is processed by Facebook. It is also possible that third parties can use this information from the Facebook cookies to provide services to companies advertising on Facebook.
Further information on the use of cookies by Facebook can be found in the Facebook cookie policy: https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/

III. Legal basis and legitimate interests of our data processing

The processing of personal data by us takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests in an effective exchange with the users on Facebook, the visitors to our profile and in connection with the communication with the users on Facebook including our company presentation in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR. As far as visitors e.g. in comments or private messages etc. publish or transmit special categories of personal data, data processing is based on making this information publicly available (Art. 9 Paragraph 2 e) GDPR) or the implied consent of the visitors to data processing (Art. 9 Paragraph 2 a) GDPR).

Information, deletion, blocking, correction or transfer to another company may be possible with regard to this data if you provide us with additional information that allows us to identify it.

VI. To shared responsibility

Due to the existing agreements with Facebook, also on the joint responsibility for the data agreement, it is most expedient to submit requests for information and the assertion of other data subject rights directly to Facebook.
