Building a Platform for Better Results
For Dustin, the tooling package delivered exactly what he needed for day-to-day cabinetmaking and joinery production. The precision of the NiRo collet chuck system provided excellent tool stability and accuracy, while the cutters delivered clean, finished cut quality edges.
Confident in the results, Dusting began exploring ways to push the machine beyond traditional cabinetmaking applications and into more complex furniture production.

The finishing cutter allowed refined timber components to be machined rapidly while maintaining excellent surface quality, reducing machining times and improving workshop efficiency.
“The tools are so quick and very accurate,” says Dustin.
The results exceeded expectations. Complex timber forms could be produced accurately and consistently, with components at finished quality level straight off the machine.
