The DFC®(Dust Flow Control) Turbine from Leitz was developed to direct chips and dust from the machining area towards the extraction system in the best possible way. This reduces the dust load for people, machines and the environment. The tool life is extended due to less double cutting and, in addition, energy consumption and cleaning effort are reduced.

The Leitz Diamaster tool set was specially developed for the precise milling of grooves for FixChip® furniture connectors. Machining is carried out using just two tools: a shank router for precise vertical grooves and a slotting router (T-slot) for precise lateral grooves. Thanks to high-precision cutting edges, the tools produce outstanding machining quality – for precision-fit connections and maximum stability.

The ProfilCut Q Diamond constant diameter tool system can be resharpened up to five times and is then immediately ready for use again – without any adjustment work on the machine. This reduces the costs per tool life, saves time and therefore significantly improves the cost-effectiveness of the entire process. The reusable tool body also ensures maximum sustainability.

The light and quiet cutterhead with PLUS efficiency

The light and quiet Diamaster WhisperCut® cutterhead is specially designed to reduce such strains. Due to its optimized tool body shape and low weight, noise pollution during jointing and rebating is significantly reduced and the quality of the workplace is improved. The resharpenability of the system with replaceable cutting edges also guarantees high cost efficiency. Optionally, users can change the cutting edges quickly and easily on site.
